Marc will be participating on the panel for the Boost Your NOI: Smart Tips for Expense Reduction forum at 11:15 AM on Wednesday.  This forum will focus on today’s owners and operators evaluating the task of how to get the biggest bang for the buck through expense reduction. It will include new techniques of how to lower property costs and increase the property’s NOI.  In this session, the savvy operators and real estate managers on the panel will come together to discuss innovative methods to improve cash flow, NOI and long-term asset value.

Savas will be among several other Presidents and CEOs, including Eric Conner, Co-Founder & CEO of TriPro Management, John Griggs, Chief Executive Officer of Presidium Group, Curt Mann, Director – Energy & Sustainability of Cortland Partners, and Ari Nessel, President of Nessel Development.

Savas is a qualified candidate to speak on this panel due to the nature of his company, Refuse Specialists. Refuse Specialists is one of the largest waste consulting firms in the country and currently represent almost one million units allowing us to get substantial waste hauling volume discounts.

If you will be an attendance, please join us at 11:15 AM for Concurrent Session A: Boost Your NOI: Smart Tips for Expense Reduction.
